I was quite concerned after reading the mixed reviews, however there was
an event that took 8500 rooms in Philly with many hotels sold out and
choices were extremely limited. Microtel is a great choice if you just
want a clean bed and bathroom and easy train access into Philly. It was
once stop from UPenn / University City, where my daughter was

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and I was with some picky friends who immediately tore both beds apart looking for bugs or soiled sheets. None found! We stayed for 3 nights, and were happy to be there. We'd stay again.

I liked how the drive to restaraunts we're convient. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. The hotel grounds were also clean and quiet. It was an overall relaxing day. Especially since I haven't had a day off from work in a long time. Deffinitely will stay here again in the future. Thanks! -

The employees were very nice and we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot while we were away in another city. They arranges to have us driven to the airport and picked up again after our trip. Exceptional service. -

The desk staff was efficient and patient, even though a horde of people
had descended on her and it was quite late, The shuttle service was
quick and very satisfactory, getting us to where we had to go even with
rush hour beginning - he knew a back way into the airport! -

I liked that it was close to the Philadelphia Airport and that it had transportation to get there so I didn't have to use and leave my vehicle at the airport.All and all I think the hotel was clean the people who work there friendly and a good value for the money. -

The staff was great. The room was spotless. Everything worked. The shuttle bus driver went an extra mile when my wife left her purse in the rental car shuttle bus.
