but after a couple of minutes, they were able to get us a room only 2
doors apart from each other -
Location is very good and the service is very good as well. We can leave our luggage in the Holiday inn for 4 days for free. The luggage storage service is very convenient for foreign visitors. As a reminder, if you have got O'hare airport, you need to call the Holiday Inn Express and ask for the shuttle to pick up you. Since we waited for around 1 hour and at last called the Holiday Inn Express for shuttle bus service.

It was next to a prometic center for an exam I had to take. So it was
very convenient, on the morning of the exam, not to worry about traffic
and just take some few steps between the hotel and the exam facility. To
get to the O'hare airport is just 15' with the free shuttle
available. -
Room was very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was amazing

The comforter is super soft, thick and comfortable! They even have extra blankets. Better than what I had in some of the four star hotels.
It's in a quiet location, and I like the fact that it has a large front yard and does not face the road directly. -

The cleaning staff were so nice and polite. much nicer then the front desk. My room was clean and warm. My kids had fun in your swimming pool. -
The beds were comfortable. The room seemed clean, but in the morning my daughter had bites of some kind all over her neck. No one else did though. The pool was warm.

The room was very large and the seating area was fantastic for having a space in which you could eat or talk and not be sitting on the beds. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection for all appetites and several different 'stations' to avoid one area getting too busy. -

La vicinanza all'aeroporto - The staff was very kind and easy to talk to if I needed anything. I had free high speed internet, was able to do laundry, and they provided a list of restaurants that delivered. The room was well worth the money. I was very comfortable. - The staff was very accomodating and friendly!
