I had a horrendous day prior to my arrival. The clerk that checked me in, totally reversed the whole day! That young man was so professional, yet warm and welcoming. This was unexpected and set the tone for the remainder of my travel. -

We stayed here one night because of the proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. The rooms were comfortable and the cafe open all day when we needed it. The hotel room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very impressive. Hotel staff were extra friendly, helpful, and attentive. Although we were only there for one night to catch an early flight, I would definitely book here again without question. Well done! -

I enjoyed that both my rooms were clean, and the beds were very
comfortable. What I enjoyed most was the friendly staff. I had surgery
while staying in the hotel, and the staff checked on me including the
housekeeper who cleaned my room daily. I felt they went the extra mile
to make sure I was okay, in which made the world of difference.

The front desk Manager was very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at arounf 10 AM, The fornt desk personnel, knowing that we had a hard time locating the address and have driven 9 hours from Toronto, had a room ready and available immediately. -

The hotel is walking distance from the Jersey Gardens mall, the beds are comfortable (as in all Courtyard hotels), it is clean, the hotel has guest laundry facilities (this is important for me), the lobby is nice and spacious -
