We stayed here after a coast trip for business it was fabulous. Great lication right in the marina, excellent staff and service. My son enjoyed the balcony and breezeway dining, simply beautiful and centrally located to all attractions LA and Malibu. Will stay here again. -

The staff were fabulous, attentive, helpful, went the extra mile.
Parking was easy, friendly, went the extra mile. Everyone called me by
name! That matters. Room service food was yummy, elegant. Room was

Everything! My room, though not large, was beautifully appointed with a deck and a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. I could see past the Ferris Wheel at the Santa Monica Pier!
The room service was outstanding and breakfast at the gourmet restaurant was wonderful. Each staff member I met was warm, friendly and extremely professional. I would definitely return again and again!

The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia. we were made to feel exceptionally welcome the moment we arrived . No task was ever to hard to accomodate .
The staff, the facilities and the location were second to none especially if you are travelling with older children.

Everything -awesome service got an upgrade two complete bathrooms in our
king suite great bed and service. They seemed to be cleaning our room
many times a day. I went for a run outside and came back worse for wear
Valet ran to me and gave me a towel and water - awesome. We have stayed
at Burj Al Arab Dubai views were better but service on par for half the
price. Stay here its awesome -we were in the Wing don't let that put
you off it is great.

We had a fabulous stay. Highly recommend it. All the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel offered complimentary chauffeur service. A big thank you to Jose. We will be coming back.

I loved the hotel and all the staff. The hotel was beautiful and our room was so spacious and elegant. All the concierge staff were always available to help us in anyway. Christine in particular went out of her way to provide us with traveling tips and helpful maps, etc. They had a complimentary shuttle service that we used each day. It was terrif

We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help. The location is amazing...walking distance to the designer shops on Rodeo Drive shops and Century City Mall. -
