Disponibilità e cordialità del personale. Servizio eccellente - E' nuovo, arioso con finestre che si aprono. Avevamo una bella camera vista mare ma, data la posizione, penso che le caratteristiche siano valide anche per le altre.

The connoisseur was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The

This hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip. It was close to everything; shopping, Santa Monica Pier, great restaurants and bars; couldn't have asked for a better location. We arrived very early in the morning and the staff made every effort to get our room ready as quickly as possible which was really appreciated after a long flight from Australia.
The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable.
The staff were really helpful and friendly.
The facilities and location was excellent.

Fantastic location right opposite famous Santa Monica pier and behind
Bloomingdales and shopping on 3rd Promenade. Rooms were modern and
bathroom has clear glass wall to see into bedroom, which was a novelty
for my 7yo daughter. Free internet/wifi was fantastic. Was given
glass of champagne at check in which was a nice surprise. My daughter
loved the heated pool.

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

Service was great. Stayed in Century City over the weekend so it was quiet. Beverly Hills adjacent so driving was as easy as driving can be in Los Angeles. The rooms have balconies. We opened the balcony door and listened to the fountain across the street. The Annenberg Space for Photography is across the street.

Avalon is well designed with great facilities and wonderful staff. The pool area is great for dining and entertaining alike. Rooms are super-comfortable and the staff can't do enough. We were on honeymoon and were so well looked after, with plenty of well wishing and bubbles on the house! -

The staff member that assisted me at check-in was incredibly friendly and very informative. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Loved this place. Stayed in February 2009. The place was lovely, had a fabulous time but the absolute highlight for me was Steve who was on reception and made our stay absolutely brilliant. Nice. Interesting due to history. Clean. Safe. Comfortable. Fun to sit at front lounge/bar. Watch the fancy cars and people arrive.

Room was clean. Check in/out was quick. Location is excellent and
safe, close to great restaurants like Bouchon and Spago, easily
accessible (with a car) to places like Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa
Monica, it just took us about 20 minutes to Downtown. There are also
convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking
distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very
quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.
