The staff were the friendliest that I had encountered in my 2 weeks of traveling in New York and Boston. I stayed for the convenience of being close to JFK for a morning flight for which I caught the shuttle which runs on the half hour. -

Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. Hi folks, Check in staff were helpful with questions. Breakfast buffet
staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with
staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was
healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool
with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and
stationary bikes. Free hourly bus to #7 subway line was convenient into

The hotel was surprisingly clean and spacious. The cab ride from
Flushing to the hotel was around 10minutes only. Quiet environment and
great room which was perfect for us since we just had our wedding in
flushing on the same day and needed the privacy and comfort as a

Was very impressed with your staff. We got off at the wrong rail stop and called you for help. You not only sent a car but requested, with real feeling, that we check in with you when we got to the hotel. You wanted to make sure that this od couple were OK. Felt like you truly cared.

Hotel is 'as-expected' but 7 blocks from subway in a nothing-
special neighbourhood. We had a small issues with our booking through
the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn
to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are
too short : 10 to 6pm
