  The front dest personnel where very curtious and professional. They were always in good spirits and helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean. Excellent customer service. - bed was awesomely comfortable, breakfast in morning was good, staff was very friendly - we like this chain of hotels (choice hotels)

  The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.
