  The staff was very friendly and professional. During the night we left the room and couldn't get back in with our key card. Maintenance was very quick to arrive and solve the problem. - Everyone especially the doorman was real friendly.

  This was a very good value hotel in an excellent location. At first glance, the location may seem a bit out of the way, but it is only a short walk across the river into downtown Hartford. We decided this was preferable to staying in one of the downtown hotels, as it was a quiet location and away easy to get to from the motorway. - My wife, baby ... cosa dice la gente » daughter and I had a good stay at this conveniently located hotel only three minutes drive from downtown Hartford. We felt welcomed at the hotel and were even given a list of recommended places to eat, which proved helpful as we arrived after 9pm. I would happily stay at the hotel again.

  This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. - The hotel and bars/restaurants in side were excellent. Champions was great on game days.
