  Great staff on reception. Our requests were accommodated without fuss. Rooms were com fortable.Pool area was furnished with clean towels regularly and tidied at timely intervals. Executive lounge facilities were of a good standard. - Luxurious bedroom and bathroom; the bed was to die for!!!   The hotel staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel itself is really nice and quite. The Westlake area is quite and beautiful. We just loved the hotel and the stay.
