  Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests. Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels. I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort. Facilities are good , food is good but not high quality. Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

  I came to Ras Al Khaimah on holiday and stayed in the Ras Al Khaimah Hotel for the whole month of June 2013. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was wonderful!!! The most important thing I liked is that there is no liquor served in that hotel and it does not have a night club. It is a perfect match for a family and easily accessible to the shopping areas. It is a value for money.
