Very clean room. Bed is the most comfortable bed I have tried at a hotel In room facilities and staff attitude are A+. Only 10 minutes away to/from DXB and to the essential shopping centres. Melia is a beautiful hotel with modern decor, clean environment, perfect peaceful location!! staff was really helpful and friendly, upgraded us to 'the level lounge' which was quiet and really beautiful.

It is a new hotel and during the night we could not sleep because there
was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. After a
complaint they tried to solve the problem but they could not do anything
about it. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and
did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check-
out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport! Many
