  Exceptional experience! 1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms! 2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable. 3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail ... cosa dice la gente » to us. 4- The Premier Suit is pretty big with two bathrooms and a jacuzzi viewing the street! the room has two balconies, two mini-bars, and a Nespres - Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel

We room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was good with clean vessels. Nothing to complain. The vessels are enough for the stay to cook some basic food. We found there was leak in shower an - Arrival to the hotel was good and the check in was very quick. The room was perfect, very neat and clean. We did not use the kitchen however all the basic amenities were available. we really liked the pool which was huge and a kids pool adds to the charm for people travelling with kids. Close proximity to metro station and shopping areas makes it an ideal place to stay for leisure and business traveler. Really enjoyed my stay.
