Cortesia e professionalità ai massimi livelli o quasi.
Ottima posizione, spiaggia attaccata all'hotel, colazione ottima e varia, locali manialmente puliti, cambio biancheria ed accesori camera puntuale e costante, tra i migliori Hotel in cui ho soggiornato e consiglierei senza alcun timore.

Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb.
Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque.
Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned.

We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.
Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

We had a wonderful experience. It is a unique and modern design facility. The Hotel was very clean and the service was extremely good. The breakfast, the pool and the gym -fantastic. Further the hotel offers a good aerial view of the city of Abu Dhabi. -

Lo staff è stato molto gentile e ha concesso la stanza gratuitamente anche oltre l'orario previsto. Colazione a buffet ottima. Piscina e spiaggia molto ben curate. Posizione ottima per il mare.
