to my person was very good,the important thing is that the majority of
the staff also speak english. Im general the level of service by
management and staff were very proffessional. I would definately
recomend this establishment to any person/persons who think to

Everything is True, Gem and sauna is free for us and we can use it everyday, Flat TV, Very Good A/C, Good view, nice breakfast, luxury Hotel with resonable price, i advice only this hotel for every one want to have comfortable stay in Zaporozhye, Staff too much helpful and they speach English very very good

This is a very, very nice hotel located on Europe's longest street, the 12 km long Lenin boulevard in Zaporozhye. It has been very thorougly renovated on the inside and the rooms are very good value. They have several restaurants, as well, but I can only comment on the Khorzma Ukrainian restaurant which was very good value, too. I would stay there

Not crowded but enough people so you dont feel isolated. A short walk

Arrived at 10PM without having had dinner. When asking if there was anything to eat, the young receptionist darted into the kitchen and cooked dinner for me!
