  I can't be objective regarding this hotel because the aim of my visit in Odessa was nostalgic trip. In this hotel, I felt as at home some several decades ago. The location, the food and the silence are exceptional in any case.   Olyesa and Viktoria was excellent receptionist. They helped me a lot and communicated with me with such friendlyness, poltieness and excellent communication skills. If I had a problem they helped me(Taxi, busses, sightseeing etc) I will stay at Maranero again. I will recommend it to everyone I know. The staff gets 5 stars, the reception, cleaning ... cosa dice la gente » staff in the evening and day. They will go out of their way to help. I appreciate this the most and this made my stay so wonderful. I can not find any - Very clean hotel, everything looks new, bright and cheerful - including the friendly and welcoming personnel, which was very helpful (thanks, Veronica!). Not far from city center (some 3 km/2 miles) and the private parking is a major asset, adding up to the strong wifi signal. A great example of transforming an old industrial building into a modern place. P.S.: Oh, would have enjoyed a chair in the smoking area :) (which is on the roof).

  Extremely clean and comfortable hostel. City center location, very friendly staff. The hostel also offers kitchen facilities and snacks/tea, like breakfast is included.   Well, the standards in Ukraine somewhat different from those in Europe or us. This hotel is excellent budget hotel in Odessa. If you don't mind about the size of the room, it is, probably, the best value for the money. I had a room with a window and the weather was calm. I can say nothing about the rooms without a window. But it was quite clean, quiet, personal bathroom, fridge and a very low-cost comparing to other center-situated hotels, with their mind-blowing Monaco-style prices.
