  Well, the standards in Ukraine somewhat different from those in Europe or us. This hotel is excellent budget hotel in Odessa. If you don't mind about the size of the room, it is, probably, the best value for the money. I had a room with a window and the weather was calm. I can say nothing about the rooms without a window. But it was quite clean, quiet, personal bathroom, fridge and a very low-cost comparing to other center-situated hotels, with their mind-blowing Monaco-style prices.
