everybody who is looking for a good hotel in the center of the city. -
Great value for money; nice atmosphere, elegant interior and qualified stuff. Complimentary coffee offered at the lobby was a nice touch.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable great bed. The staff very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Most spoke excellent English. Breakfast is a Wow! big selection and very good. Barman was excellent for making Martini's.

Hotel was in the center of the city. Great ambiance and within walking
distance or short hotel ride wherever you needed to go recreation wise.
Love the receptionist and they few I talked too spoke english. My being
american a lot of the staff shyed away from talking to me because of the
language barrier. Love the city, it is an exciting place with
spectacular views and plenty of things to do.

The room / bathroom are very clean. The staff at the lobby bar /
cafe are efficient and friendly. It served a god choice of light and
medium meals. I love the cakes! The breakfast is good. Staff at the
front desk are excellent. The meeting room that we used was suitably
located and quiet. If I have to return to Kiev, I will stay at the same

Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.
