Everything was excellent from start to finish. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, centrally located on Kreschatyk Street. The staff make sure that you are fully looked after and are only a telephone call away in case you need them. This is a professional organisation who run the business. I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. WIFI

In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open. The room is like and 1 bedroom apartment. ensure that I can stay at Oselya. Ok, its a drive away to central Kiev,

Very conveniently located near the railway station and Zhylyany airport. We arrived by train and were met by hotel. Transfer to airport was in time and without any problem. I highly recomend to use hotel transfer. Everything was very modern and of a high quality. Nice garden, free wi-wi even in the garden. The staff very polite and helpful.

The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. The value is superior because the hotel is not right down town but it is very convenient to it. The Metro is cheap and easy to use. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious.
