They also has great suggestions for child-friendly places to eat and a wonderful location where we could walk wherever we wanted to go. Our room was also very comfortable with more than enough space for us and all of our kids accessories.

Steve and Vicky are very hospitable owners and personaly very nice people. One can feel they put their hert into this their work. They helped us a lot long before our travel by answering our questions (best choice of the Lakes tour, walking paths, arrival to WIndermere etc.)

Ideally located between Bowness and Windermere. 10-15 minutes stroll either way. Steve and Vicky are the friendliest B n B people that we have met (stayed in over 12 other B n Bs). Invergarry is such a welcoming place. The bed was really comfortable. We stayed in a small double but this was a reasonable size for a couple of nights and didn't feel small. Breakfast was delicious - homemade muesli, jam and marmalade. Best breakfast that we have had in a B N B. Really lovely touches in the rooms -

The owners and staff were very welcoming and ensured that we had a veryenjoyable stay. In fact we had such a lovely break we extended our stayby an extra day! It was really nice to relax in the pool after a long day walking and enjoying the activities and beautiful scenery of the lakes. The breakfast was delicious. The owners had arranged a lovely basket of flowers for my wife as it was our anniversary but also upgraded our room what a lovely touch, a very clen and bright hotel lovely freindly staff in a great position. The staff made us feel very welcome and worked very hard. Nothing was too much trouble.The food was very good and our compliment to the Chef in this regard bearing in mind the small kitchen he has to work in.Overall a very good experience and it wont be long before we return

Everything was perfect. The staff, the food, the room everything was just perfect. Its also a great location just between windermere and bowness. Brilliant stay, fully recommend. - excellent accomodation clean tidy value for money breakfast was very good and plenty to eat from our personnal point of view we could not fault it at all

fantastic place to stay,ran by lovely couple Steve & Gail.
after a long journey our exhaust bracket on car had snapped,while Gail showed us to our room Steve strapped exhaust up to get us home after our stay.
the room was clean & nicely decorated with everything we mite need,bathroom was clean & a good size.

- Direct access to room from garden by the car park making it easy to bring in bags and not disturd anyone if getting in late
- Free WiFi
- Good breakfast
- Excellent value for money given the cost of hotels in the area. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when

We were greeted by a very friendly man who couldn't do enough for us. He allowed us into our room much earlier than usual as we wanted to get ready for a wedding nearby. The room was lovely, clean and had all the necessary bits and bobs we needed (including a hand-held magnifying mirror!).
Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was light and clean.

A lovely inn with good, clean rooms and a good sized ensuite bathroom ..and, at times, a working TV... sinceours didn't work!. However, everybody pulled out all the stops to get the TV in working order; alas, it was not to be. We were offered free drinks as compensation in the pub, which we appreciated very much. Other than this amusing story, we had a great time in this lovely place and would definitely go back!

Loved everything about our stay here. Really friendly and helpful staff who are all a credit to the hotel. Room had great view across to the lake. Large comfy bed, loads of storage space, hot and powerful shower, huge bath towels and more. Would definitely recommend evening meal at hotel. Food cooked to order so served fresh and hot. We had soup followed by scampi and rump steak. Very filling, very tasty and very reasonably priced. Bottle of cabernet sauvignon also went down very well! Breakfas

Debbie is a wonderful host and we will more than definitely be returning here if we were to travel to the Lakes again. The room was very tidy and exactly what you would need from a B&B, if not more. Huge choice and excellent quality. Dining room is modern and there was a good atmosphere at breakfast time. Staff were efficient and friendly. Our budget room was clean and cofortable. Perfect for our stay. Limited parking on the premises but lots of free and unrestricted parkining across the road.
