Jenni and Steve make you feel like personal friends in their lovely home. Their sense of decoration and comfort is amazing, the breakfasts are wonderful, the views from the house terrific. The house is well situated a little way away from the main village, which is rather cramped, but a short walk down to the local pub (charmingly dog friendly) gives access to marvellous meals - the fish and chips were some of the best i have tasted, steaks very good - and they have prize winning beer as a micr. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
The Location of Parsonage House is really good being just outside of Windermere and Bowness and within walking distance of one of the best pubs in the Lake District. The friendliness and hospitality of the hosts made our visit just like being at home. The comfort and cleanliness of the accomodation the obvious effort that has gone into making this house a lovely place stands testament to their approach to thier business. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, hosts and their knowledge of t.

stove in dining room & reception room.

Absolutely nothing - perhaps the pillows were too soft for my wife's taste!!!. Absolutely nothing - other than not being able to stay longer!.
no Wifi
kettle only filled one mug.
The only problem was finding the house. The letsbookhotel.com map was
inadequate and we had to stop at a pub to find someone who knew
where it was.
Nothing.
Absolutely nothing.
nothing.
There was anything we didn't like.
Nothing.
Nothing.
the short stay there.
Only minor issue - lack of shaving point in room.
Not much to dislike the only thing I could think of is a heated towel rail would be good as the towels did not dry during the day.
Nothing to complain about at all.
The traffic Windermere to Ambleside.
There's really nothing to dislike!.
nothing.
The fact that we were not greeted by owners & were not advised how the TV Sky Box needed to be switched on even after we pointed out that we could not get the TV to work. Only advised on leaving that they had WiFi that guests could use.
nothing.
Nothing.
Breakfasts took too long-we stayed a number of nights & 35 mins wait
was the norm between giving our 'cooked breakfast' order &
it being put in front of us. We didn't even have toast to eat while
we were waiting.
There was nothing we did not like.
