Shakespeare’s Birthplace and Stratford-upon-Avon Rail Station are within 10 minutes’ walk of Dylan Guest House. Stratford-upon-Avon’s quaint town centre can be reached after a 5-minute walk. Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, the childhood home of Shakespeare’s wife, is 20 minutes' walk away. Birmingham International Airport is 40 minutes’ drive from The Dylan Guest House. Free Wi-Fi access, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each florally decorated, en suite room. Full English breakfasts and a Thai and English evening menu are available in the dining room. Packed lunches can also be arranged for those on day trips.

My daughter and I had an excellent stay in this gustehouse! Warm welcome, nice and clean room with some really nice extra's, perfect breakfast, parking. The service was excellent and personalised. Next time we come to Stratford upon Avon for the theater we will most certainly book our room again in the Dylan guesthouse! Elza and Dominique. Comfortable, good welcome, good breakfast. We would stay here again. Car parking tight but very useful. Allowed us to stay on during the morning.

The room was very clean and the breakfast very tasty. The owner and his wife were very welcoming. friendly, very clean. off road parking, central location perfect for visting the theatre. Single room was very small and faced the front so there was a lot of noise from the road. Internet not strong enough to work in the bedroom - only in the shower !. No garden. situation at the street. Cannot think of anything I did not like!!. Nothing. Our room was a little bit old fashioned with very small shower room. Breakfast times restricted to 8am-9am every day, Owners would only accept cash payment. No receipt given. Parking OK but very narrow entrance to a shared car park at the back of the B&B's. The rooms need updating. Probably not been decorated since the 80's and our room was pink chintz! The en suite was in the cupboard and the bed was very hard! Breakfast could have been better, with no real choice. Price was high, expected a little more for that price. Rather dated and in need of a decoration. Not particularly spacious. Most expensive of all our B&B's. Place needs a make over. Apart the letsbookhotel.com price which is almost a double of the one at the hotel. It is an excellent 65GBP B&B but not a 100GBP one. Very poor shower room, with shower that was either scalding or cold, very small in fact a wardrobe! Very poor decor through out. Indifferent breakfast, the English did not look appealing, no choice, the ordinary breakfast poor. Very hot room, it was a warm weekend though. Very little in the way of welcome or showing of the room, it was a question of here's the key the room is up there. I have stayed at many B and B's this one was the worst. Nothing it was all good perfect for our needs.
