we like the tastefully decorated rooms which are very clean and have good facilities such as Wi-Fi flat screen tv and good quality coffee. the staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant food is excellent and breakfast menu provides a good variety. I particularly liked the eggs benedict.
The inglenook fire place in the bar gives a cosy feel on chilly winter days.

The manager, Chris Gilbert, was excellent. Great customer service, very friendly and remembered why we were staying there. His staff member on duty when we arrived was very good too sorting out food vouchers for the roadchef and other queries we had about the room. -

Very Friendly helpful. felt very welcome. Bed comfortable clean room with TV kettle etc allessentials. I liked the selection of fresh fruit instead of usual boring biscuists.there was a good room service menu which I did not use but when I went to the bar they were very helpful about making me a meal. tho technically closed. Jeremy was friendly, efficient and accommodating, the staff were all very efficient and friendly, the room was large and clean and bathroom was enormous. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Food was excellent in terms of quality and quantity and the cellar was comprehensive. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bedding fresh (sounds and obvious comment to make but I have come across some horrors in London). Location was beautiful and the parking ample. The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time.

It is very quirky- we stayed in the soon to be renovated part. What a shame, this is vintage 70s and should be separately preserved. We were first offered a modernized room in the "chateau", but while very nice, this was quite generic like all other hotel rooms now seem to be. We had drinks in the grounds, very Downton Abbey. Staff efficient and friendly, breakfast ample.

The owners were really accommodating - didn't mind the fact that I have a large dog and allowed him into the bedroom so that I didn't have to leave him downstairs. The accommodation is ideal for dog owners as there is little traffic to worry about, large open fields to the back of the property and a dog friendly environment which is clean and convenient.
