  The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and a lot of thought has gone in to providing extra comforts for guests such as tablets, fresh milk, excellent coffee making facilities, home-made biscuits and fruit in the rooms. The food was generally wonderful with a good range of fresh food for breakfast and we had a lovely relaxed evening meal in the Potti - it's very intimate and well decorated, our room was a comfortable size, very cosy and had everything you need (from Nespresso coffee machine in the room, to courtesy biscuits and water). Staff is friendly and the all experience is very relaxing. Also the food is very good, both at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast in the morning!

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. If we neded help there was always someone on hand. The atmosphere was very relaxing in wonderful surroundings. - Excellent facilities, pool, spa, beautifully placed in the heart of Broadway. Welcoming staff lovely clean bedrooms, highly recommended
