Being able to use the pool on arrival and in the morning. Great location. The bacon was particularly tastey at breakfast. Great power shower. Huge double bed. - Excellent facilities and particularly impressed with exclusive on site car park!! I could have slept on that bed for a week!!

Overall great value for money and a beautiful hotel. I would use this place again. Food was fantastic and staff very polite and friendly, could not have asked for more. Jeremy was friendly, efficient and accommodating, the staff were all very efficient and friendly, the room was large and clean and bathroom was enormous. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stone Manor had a lovely "feel" about it a welcoming and well maintained old black and white manor house. We only had breakfast over our 2-day stay but the food was excellent, with alternative options available on request. Nothing seemed too much trouble!

Minimum hassle. Nice quiet, off road location and a lot of space for parking. and not too for from Worcester. - Everybody was so friendly and helpful and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble.

The Staff were very friendly and attentive, much better than the average - staf very helpful I had a bad cold and they made me hot lemon drinks which was much appreciated
