  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped.   Posizione, staff, cura personale - l'unica cosa positiva dell'albergo è stato il consierge filippo!! che ha agevolato il nostro soggiorno con molta premura! e la colazione sebbene un pò cara abbastanza soddisfacente.
