The Hotel Receptionist and other staff were very friendly. The Hotel is clean and very ideally located next to the airport which is why I stopped here, for the price it was a really good find. We explored the fabulous grounds it was situated in and the surrounding area. We also made use of the swimming pool,jacuzzi,steamroom and sauna and restaurant. - The atmosphere and history of the hotel is wonderful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly make the trip again soon.

Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Food was first class and the rooms clean and comfortable. we will definately use Holiday Inn in future. - The staff were very friendly. check in and check out was very quick. would stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends.

We were upgraded to a luxury suite because our original room smelt dampdue to a large wet patch on the floor....this was dealt with politelyand efficiently and seemed unknown to the reception staff but thecleaning staff must have been aware. Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before.
Good quality TV in the room.
The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too.
In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.
