  The whole experience - the setting of the hotel in a historical village, the old building itself sympathetically decorated and furnished, but particularly the attentiveness and polite friendliness of staff.   I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, The staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough to help. the room was beautiful and clean, the location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding in the area - just wish we had more time to spend at the hotel. - Comfortable staying overnight on buisiness

  everything! what a place!!!! - The Health club staff were fabulous.Nothing was too much trouble! Allthe staff were welcoming and friendly and despite being alone in a largehotel ,I did not feel "out of it".   I came from USA for the Service of Blessing in St. Mary's. I just loved the whole of the Ickworth estate. It was great to be able to see the work done on the church and graveyard and be able to see where my family are buried. See the monument and where monument cottage stood. I hope to come again. - The food was incredible, the room was amazing... cosa dice la gente » , the staff were all really friendly & helpful & the location was stunning. Will be back
