We stayed in the McDonald Bath spa hotel so we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The staff can't do enough for you, opens doors always ask if your ok and if there's anything they can do for us.   The hotel quality is great. Huge beds - everything well maintained and good quality. Breakfast was good - lots of choice. Great bar attached to the hotel. Good central location in easy walking distance of the train station and other bars and restaurants. Staff very good and helpful. - We were upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic.
