The hotel staff were all very pleasant. I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay there. The hotel is walking distance from the town centre. I liked the fact it was very good money and good location for what
it's worth. The night guard at reception was very friendly. The
rooms were tidy and ideal for groups of people who are going out in
Lincoln city centre. Comfortable bed and clean en suite. Will most
certainly be using this again! -

A very nice hotel where I enjoyed a comfortable single room which had
everything I expected and particularly good lighting. Above all, I was
given an extremely warm welcome by the member of staff who gave me my
key, showed me to my room and ensured everything was to my satisfaction.

The hotel was not fully booked and we were upgraded which was very nice.
We didn't have a lot to do with the staff themselves apart from
breakfast and meeting the cleaner in the hall but they were smartly
presented and always courteous.

I upgraded our room & we stayed in the Music Room on the ground floor, this is one of the rooms that has been refurbished & it has been done very well to a high standard.
The proprietors are very welcoming & the breakfast was first class. -

Cheerful, gracious hosts Paula and Will helped us over-and- above normal expectations (Will fixed our car exhaust on a Sat. afternoon; we were miles from nearest garage, everything closed for weekend). Nice setting, very good value for money, good breakfast, very clean, lovely accommodation, comfortable, relaxing.
