this was a wonderful bed and breakfast the bed was comfortable the room had a lovely bathroom with underfloor heating it was most relaxing the breakfasts were superb and as we were there for a special occasion Joan even gave me a card and present and decorated the breakfast room for me.

Joan, Steve and Michelle were very welcoming and took us into their home and treated us like we were family. We felt very at home with them and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely well equiped room and such a lovely cooked breakfast if required. Such a lovely holiday and we will definately return again in the future

La casa è molto carina e la camera dove ho soggiornato era pulita e ben curata, Ho cenato li e la qualità della cucina era buona, gli mancano solo le 150 etichette di wisky, ma quelli che avevano erano comunque ottimi. The next day, the full Scottish breakfast was as good as the dinner the night before. We also used the pool, tree swing, trampoline and wandered around the property. We'll go again! - The staff were wonderful, the lounge and bar were very nice, the room was fabulous, the grounds and facilities were brilliant, and the whole place has great history. also a very short drive from Loch-ness.

Excellent room and bathroom, nice fitted out, good nights sleep. Food was verry good and well presented. Beautifully maintained country house. Warm and welcoming, roaring log fires. Relaxed check in, offered complimentary whiskey, sherry etc on arrival.
Room was spotlessly clean. Four poster bed. Fruit, water, tea and coffee available in room. Flat screen TV & WIFI.
Bathroom was amazing!! Double Jacuzzi bath with TV!! Again, immaculately clean.
Had afternoon tea on arrival, selection of beautifully prepared cakes and sandwiches.
Breakfast was amazing, great amount of choice and delicious.
