  From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The facilities exceeded our expectations. Breda and her staff were friendly and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. We ate a lovely dinner at Kye's restaurant which is in the opposite direction to the shops, 5 minutes walk away. The Oaks is is in a quiet location with friendly hosts, and it was a clean and well presented room.

Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

  Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger blew out and she helped w subsequent fuse recovery and charging.
