My young kids and I stayed at staybridge suites in April and it was an amazing experience. Reception staff (Sophie, Timothy and Nicholas) were friendly and exceptional at all times. The breakfast was great as well as there was enough to eat for everyone....the kids loved the scrambled eggs, lol. Its right in the mall so shopping was within very easy access and we didn't have to take our jackets out for shopping when it got cold. The staff are incredibly friendly, while being laid back. The hotel is an old Georgian townhouse on a lovely street and within a 10 minute walk of shepherds bush empire. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! The breakfast was good - cereal, yoghurt, fried/scrambled eggs on toast and tea/coffee.the lady who makes the breakfast is so lovely and immediately

Complimenti allo staff sempre positivo ed accogliente - Clean large spotless rooms, good location, reasonable value for London. Good advice of free parking by concierge over weekend. Excellent room with everything that a business traveler would need. Huge bed and luxury bedding and pillows. Polite staff and attentive to needs. Great location for business in London; easy for tube to anywhere (from Barbican, five minutes walk away). Last minute rate made it very reasonable cost for the undoubted quality. . -

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

La camera è molto pulita, ben arredata ed anche se non grandissima non manca niente! Anzi... i proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili! La camera viene riordinata e pulita ogni giorno e al nostro ritorno abbiamo sempre trovato un graditissimo presente. Mr. Tom è molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni tipo di richiesta! Il quartiere è residenziale e molto tranquillo, vicinissimo alla metropolitana ed anche a market e ristoranti.
