  The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated. It was easy to catch a bus to the London Eye/Embankment, the bus stop was a few - Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

Perfectly efficient in giving you the keys and your luggage on the last day in case you travel late. Very small bedrooms without ensuite bathrooms but a nice big communal kitchen and eating room plus bathrooms and small kitchen at each floor. Vey convenient and economical to cook your own meals if you want and the house provide eggs, cheese, milk , ham and fruit juices in an 24h open access fridge but also little empty fridges for personal items in each floor.   This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre.
