  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

  There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it.   Margo and Lucas were very helpful in every way possible to ensure our visit was special. Wi-Fi was excellent. Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay. Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.
