this hotel is an absolute delight, a real hidden gem in the Gloucestershire countryside. Our room was probably one of the more 'ordinary' ones, but having said that we could not have asked for more. Everything that I could think of that would make a stay in a hotel comfortable, the staff had thought of first. We were absolutely delighted with everything about the Hotel. Room and en-suite facilities were very good. Food was excellent and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and a credit to the hotel.the ambience was brilliant with a nice aspect with a grand view across the Cotswolds carry on the good work - You were not rushed for breakfast or to vacate the room.

It was the ideal location as I was attending my friend's wedding at Thornbury Golf club, just down the road. It was also a very big room.
The pub was lovely too, we only had breakfast there but the building itself was lovely and the service was good. -

It was all so homely and another worldy. Loved our bedroom number 8 overlooking the square. Yes, there was a little bit of traffic noise and mild rowdy youths reclaiming their car at night BUT it was atmospheric to feel part of a community. I loved it and I am usually adverse to noise.
