  The room suited our needs and had a kettle and tv. The restaurant downstairs provides a very good and affordable menu, and the food was good too. We also ordered the breakfast which was good value.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was excellent. The staff, (Louise and Nick especially) and Mandy the owner and her daughter Sarah (not to mention the Cavapoo dog Milo, just the same as our dog Charlie!) were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Also a good a tip for small appetites is to ask for a small portion when ordering dinner! The Inn has - From arrival the staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, extremely clean and it was so obvious that staff took great pride in their work to ensure guests are afforded a trouble free stay. The food in the restaurant was of excellent quality and value with the breakfast one of the best I have ever had - local produce used. Previous negative comments should be totally ignored, there is nothing to fault here. The owners should congratulate themselves on getting the Lodge t
