Judy and chris were so friendly they made us feel completely at home. The room was fantastic, bed really comfy and all the comforts anyone would need. The house was beautiful with loads of character. Breakfast was brilliant so tasty and so much choice. Our stay was fab couldn't fault it. -

Genuinely the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please. Even our teens enjoyed it here, the modern living room has Wii and Xbox , its all just very well thought out. We will be booking again. The rooms with sea views are worth a s

One of the best experiences staying in a bed and breakfast I have had. Right from our arrival we were greeted by Jilly who proved to be a fountain of local knowledge for dining, walks and nightlife. All of this was discussed over a glass of champagne provided by Jilly on arrival.

Everything about this B&B was excellent. We were greeted by Angela
and Lee who were very friendly and helpful. The Houndapitt is set
amongst rolling hills and you get a sense of peacefulness as soon as you
arrive. Although placed in a countryside setting this B&B is only 5
minutes drive from a beach.

Really cannot recommend this place enough, what a lovely friendly place. This has to be the best B & B I have ever stayed at. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners who were so accommodating. We had a peaceful nights sleep in a lovely comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and you could have anything you wanted. If anyone can find anything to grumble about this place then they really need to get a life.

We booked two rooms for ourselves and my Inlaws for four nights. We were
welcomed on arrival by Phil who immediately made us welcome with
tea/coffee and go,e-made cake, while Helen got our rooms keys. We

We pre-booked an evening meal. Our hostess Helen is an ex-chef and the meal was sensational as was breakfast the next morning. the room was a good size as was bathroom with all facilities. Our host Phil is a bit different but loves to engage in a philosophical chat.
