Using this form on my smart phone and in section 2 the ratings didn't have markers to show what each circle stood for. I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff. Was very handy for our trip to Cambridge and would use it again.

Very friendly staff make this traditional railway hotel an easy stay. Don't expect many extra facilities - it is a traditional hotel, but as one of those, it does very well. - The hotel in general has a nice comfortable relaxed feel about it, with good access and parking. A pleasant stay.

Nice little place to stay, if you don't mind the absence of an elevator, and fairly small low-ceilinged rooms. It is of course an old mill, but the rooms have been refurbished as good as it gets. Excellent meals if you go for the menu. They have "snacks" too but a better description for the latter would be "junk food leading to morbid obesity" - w

I grew up in Melbourn and missed this little jewel!
The setting is idyllic. The view over the mill pond is gorgeous by day, but by night is stunning! The trees are lit with coloured lights and the reflection in the still mill pond is incredible - I've never seen anything like it!
The staff are all really friendly, chatty and helpful.
The food is delicious!
The bed was very comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay we had our elderly jack russell dog with us and EVERYBODY was very welcoming. Our dog was very welcome and we were not bombarded with rules and regulations by the hotel. Our dog was made a huge fuss of by the staff and we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we most DEFINATELY will visit again next time we come up to see the in laws. Thank you.

For B&B in this price range my needs were well met. Peterbolurough is a good UK place to visit because it is close via rail to London, and I rate the cathedral as one of the finer ones. -

Its a brand new hotel so as you would expect everywhere looks great. I had a fantastic nights sleep as the hotel is far enough from the main A14 not to hear the traffic. The food in the restaurant was very good and all the staff were friendly and polite. I would definitely stay there again. -
It was hard to find fault with anything in the hotel.
