Very comfortable, quiet and well thought out in terms of what a traveller might need. The breakfast components were good too - rather enjoyed being able to choose when I would have my breakfast.

  Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. Could not fault the hotel and every single member of staff- thank - The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The pool and the saunas were very nice, too, after a long day of walking around in London. We would recommend this hotel any

  A relaxed place to stay. Did not have the hustle and bustle of a bigchain hotel. Very clean also. - very nice hotel on beautiful grounds. staff are v friendly and food was wonderful.

  The room was spacious and the bathroom had a towel warmer and the TV was large with many viewing options. The staff were all polite. The price was so reasonable I could not believe the accomadations for the price I paid. - Very comfortable room and very tasty food in the bar. Hoppa bus to terminal 5 convenience and ease of use

  being a private hotel, the standard was fabulous, the rooms spacious and the food out of this world, I have stayed in central london hotels that do not even compare to this hotel - Completely excellent all round. Fabulous dining! Rooms,service and facilities of the highest standard. Will go out of our way to revisit.
