  The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

  I love the style of the hotel. The lobby was fantastic. Very welcoming. The fish tanks by tye lifts on every floor were amazing. Having an ice dispenser and a shoe shine machinewas a real bonus. The dining lounge was exquisite. It was very easy to have breakfast als - When checking in, the ladies on reception were very curteous and efficient, even helping me with my luggage all the way up to my room. The room was a generous size with a comfy bed. The leisure centre was just what I needed with a gym/cardio centre and also a pool, sauna, steam room and jaccuzzi.   My friend and i had single rooms, the beds were larger than singles. Hotel staff were happy and very helpful and we were opposite windsor castle which was the reason for our visit. We will stay at this hotel again - Facilities and warm welcoming and the service were fantastic/Faultless
