We were met by the host in the carpark, she insisted on carrying our bags (we didn't allow her). Gorgeous comfy little hideaway. Tiggy is lovely and made us feel so welcome. Superb fish and chips from Lewis's ..actually did us for two meals.. bacon and eggs and bread provided for breakfast, and orange juice and muesli and fresh ground coffee...just excellent!
Lovely walks along the coastal path to Mousehole and enough small shops to mooch around. Will be back!

Fantastic country house with real history about it. The staff were friendly and the son was kind enough to even give us a tour of some of the rooms. Good breakfast and our room was very comfortable and spacious. The long driveway through the extensive grounds was great, but the real highlight was wandering through the well kept gardens in the evening / morning.

I thought the staff at Beachfield were very friendly and welcoming, and had a comfortable and relaxing stay there. The lounge/bar area was a nice place to sit and chill out with a drink, and the breakfast and service was really very good indeed. I would have no hesitation staying there again, in fact I'd recommend it. -

What a fantastic gastro pub, after travelling around the south west of the UK as part of our travels, the Coldstreamer was one of the best. The food from the restaurant was superb. The pub itself is in a great location just minutes from the centre of Penzance in a small village called Gulval - very quiet and parking right outside. Much better than being in the busy city centre.
