I booked the Hotel for a Special family get-together therefore having the bars and in particular the restaurant all under one roof meant that we could have a pre-dinner drink, change go to the restaurant and then have the use of a residents only bar afterwards meant there was something for everyone. ... cosa dice la gente » excellent! - Staff friendliness, clean comfortable room, considerate chambermaid who left towels outside room when do not disturb sign was placed, the night porter who is always patient despite the behaviour he has to cope with,and the considerate nature of the reception staff when we overstayed our visit by not realoising check out was an hour earlier on Sundays.

hotel moderno, funzionale, confortevole - Albergo nuovo situato a 350 mt. dalla stazione centrale. Stanze moderne, non grandissime, ma senza frigobar e senza armadio (solo grucce esterne).Bello e grande il box doccia. Colazione sufficiente (non vi era quella calda: uova, …….). Personale disponibile.

After reading some other reviews we were a little worried about our
stay. We have to say that our stay was excellent, our room was spotless
and comfortable, the tv signal was the best I have ever had in a hotel

I liked the fact that it was a new hotel and reasonably priced. As we
travelled as a family it was good that we were put on the top floor away
from noisier guests.
We did have to ask for bedding for my son to sleep on the sofabed as this wasn't supplied, but this was resolved very quickly - staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. When bedding was delivered the guy asked if he could help putting it on the bed, which was very kind (sorry don't know his name).

... cosa dice la gente » d then the lesiure suit was a great way to start the morning. - I only stayed one night but the hotel staff, especially room service who were quick and efficient bringing everything from ice buckets to ironing boards were very helpful. The pool attendant was also very helpful in his manner and advice as to what to see and do in the city and the pool and leisure facilties were spotless and a joy to use.

Excellent service. Well looked after at Breakfast which was also excellent - The hotel is in a lovely area of Newcastle - the bed was very comfortable and we had a beautiful view from the bay window.

The staff were aware that we were not a hen or stag party and put us on a higher floor to avoid the noise and we did not hear a thing. The staff on reception were very friendy and provided us with a lot of information about Newcastle. We were also given our room at 10am to leave our bags which was great. - We only stayed one night but found all

All very good. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful. Room was clean, comy and good size. Staff in bar and restaurant were very pleasnt and helpful. Surroundings were pretty good too. We ate in the restaurant. The food was fresh, good portions and good value. Breakfast was excellent. Good hotel, great value for money. Location at quayside was good

Spacious, comfortable and neat room. Very friendly and helpful reception desk in particularly the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember her name) who was very helpful when we needed help on a couple of occasions. Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.
