For same-day arrivals, copies must be sent to the property via email. Please bring ID, the card used to book, and a copy of your booking confirmation. Please note that this property does not permit parties. The maximum occupancy number must not be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance. Additional charges will apply if there is evidence that these rules were breached and the property reserves the right to evict guests at the guests' expense. Please note there is a late check-in fee of GBP 30 for check in after 18:00. Late check in needs to be arranged prior to arrival. Please note that there is a fee of GBP 30 for check-ins on Saturdays or Sundays. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
