I stayed here for one night when I went to Leeds to explore the city.
It's in a great location! Takes just a few minutes to walk to the
city centre and the main bus station. Its a nice hotel and a great value
for money. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and very
comfortable, very good air conditioning which is handy in the winter
cold, and there is a good selection of tv channels. The showers are
fantastic. Overall just a great hotel, highly recommended.

I realise that describing a holiday inn as " luxury " seems over the top but I've stayed in many top hotels around the world as well as budget ones so I can assure the reader that the room I had at this hotel was superb by any standards. Large, stylish and extremely well appointed. Oh and the staff were great too!

In a rather full hotel the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us. We were visiting in Gildersome and this location was perfect. -
Location was good. Easy motorway access. Convenient for overnight stay as we attended a wedding nearby.

The room was the cleanest hotel room we ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, clean and had a choice of pillows.
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good and there was plenty available. When I mentioned that the coffee pot had run out, a staff member went straight to the kitchen to refill it. -

The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was off the main street, so it was fairly quiet and peaceful - even on the rowdy Friday and Saturday nights. It was ideally placed for Headingley cricket and rugby grounds. - Attentiveness of staff. Quality of furnishings and decor. Excellent food and service.
