Anzi... i proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili! La camera viene riordinata e pulita ogni giorno e al nostro ritorno abbiamo sempre trovato un graditissimo presente. Mr. Tom è molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni tipo di richiesta! Il quartiere è residenziale e molto tranquillo, vicinissimo alla metropolitana ed anche a market e ristoranti. We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it was collected.   La cordialita del proprietario - Robert was very hospitable, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very tasty, even if it was just non-cook fare. It was all very healthy. Bus stop was very near, too. It was very peaceful and quiet. The dog and cat were very cute. Felt like home. - The location is perfect. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.
