  Found the staff very welcoming and genuine. The room was more than accommodating for my night's stay (as I ran the half-marathon) the next day. I found the shower simply amazing. My overall experience was fantastic and found the place less of a 'hostel' but more of a luxurious/en-suite/student accom/hotel type. - Clean. Functional.   Loved the whole atmosphere, very friendly, It was basic but clean, we just needed a bed for the night, the staff are very helpful and will help you with where to go and what to see in Liverpool. We stayed thurs 18 July room 410 - Everything was absolutely first rate from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked..not long after an epic breakfast which on the face of it is free and so no complaints. I booked a bed in a dorm but upgraded to a Double for my friend and I ( 2 single bed hotel room with amazing shower and free shampoos too!. Totally worth it, and I've been to lots of places in europe were you pay alot more for less!!Thanks

My Beatle tour never showed up on the Sunday June 23 as it was previously booked 2 months prior. The young girl at the front desk mentioned the hotel has used 2 tours companies and she helped me book a trip with the Fab Four. Very impressed by her service. There was no pressure applied to use one of the hotel tours. Very professional

Theat - The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few steps further. Also near to St Georges Hall and the Walker Art Gallery. The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.
