  My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week. There are a number of nearby pubs, and a Marks & Spencer across the street if you require groceries.   We were a group of 2 adults and 12 children aged 13-16 renting 3 apartments. I loved the fact that the apartments were spacious, clean and modern. It was also conveniently close to food stores and the overground station (literally 2 minutes away).The people running the place were extremely friendly and helpful.   Nice, modern apartment. Less than ten minutes by feet from the Central line of the tube, 1 minute from the bus stop. The staff is kind and efficient. There are always people in the surroundings streets, at every hour of the day and of the night. Market opened till midnight by the other side of the street. - Convenient to local groceries, bus stop... cosa dice la gente » s and tube station. We stayed in apartment 3. It's updated and most facilities were available. Sofa bed was a good size. The manager was very helpful.
