The main shepherds Bush tube station is only 5-10mins walk when you ask at reception for the quick - We chose the hotel because it was close to the O2 Shepherds Bush empire, but it was also very easy to reach from Heathrow and relatively close to the city center. We had a room on the top floor at the back of the hotel so it was a very quiet room, no traffic noise from shepherds bush road. Breakfast was good, and in the immediate surroundings there were several supermarkets and plenty of other places to buy food and drinks.   Even though we were booked into the Sapphire, we ended up a few doors down at the 'Pearl' which is their sister Hotel. All rooms in each Hotel are the same according to the Pearl Manager, so that was fine with us.
