But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

The kitchen had washing machine, dishwasher, enough crockery, cutlery, utensils for 4 people (including choping board, cloths, cleaning products etc..). Very secure building/entry & free private parking. Free wi-fi. Great views of the city/river all lit up at night. Very warm welcome, helpful and personal attention.

  Everything. What a great place to stay. Great location. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The guy on reception was really friendly and nice.   Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30.
