The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. The hand made bed was awesome (spend money on your bed and shoes as if you're not in one you're in the other). The choice of lighting in the room was

La posizione è ottima, servito molto bene dai mezzi pubblici (tube e bus), si può arrivare facilmente a piedi al Tower Bridge e di conseguenza al centro città. Personale dell'albergo cordiale e disponibile. Camera pulita e molto confortevole. - pulizia, cortesia dello staff, camere confortevoli, bagni puliti, buon buffet per le colazioni

The Hotel is in a great location, we travel with two young kinds and we
went from the airport to the hotel using the underground with no issues
at all. Very short walk from the tube exit. The underground station has
a great and convenient schedule so hotel is in perfect place to

Clean and tidy. Great value for the money. Stayed several times at different Premier Inn hotels and always have had a good experience.
The surrounding area has not much to offer, but the inner districts of London is easily accessible with tube or bus. We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.

We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed

Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in
area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar
Square.

The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay). The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was extremely clean with clean towels every day & plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided. It proved to be a convenient position for gaining access to central London fairly quickly & I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting my daughter in Tower Hamlet. -

The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.
